John M. Joyce, Principal - Joyce Development Group, Inc.
Recognized industry veteran John M. Joyce, CSM has announced the office opening of Joyce Development Group, Inc. The firm will focus on the development, leasing and management of retail properties ranging in size from small village center programs in neighborhood food store centers and multi-anchored power center projects.
Mr. Joyce has successfully held former executive management positions with Aronov Realty Management, Faison and Collier Enterprises, is a past ICSC Florida State Director, and continues to actively serve on industry related editorial boards and program committees.
Rachel Shrader is responsible for the company’s Leasing and Out Parcel sale programs. An industry veteran who brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Joyce Development Group, Rachel has previously held real estate management positions with First Union Bank, Paragon, Regency Centers and Aronov Realty Management.
Dana Slyh is responsible for managing the day-to day office operations and overseeing the Company’s Lease Administration division. Dana brings in excess of 10 years of administrative and technological experience to Joyce Development Group. Prior to joining Joyce development Group, Dana held successful office positions with Aronov Realty Management and New Horizon's Computer learning Center.
Charlie provides leasing and marketing support as well as general development assistance with the Company’s projects. Mr. Colyer received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his Masters in Business Administration from The University of North Florida. Prior to joining Joyce Development Group, Mr. Colyer was President and owner of The Colyer Company, which imports gum rosin from South America.
Sean Joyce has recently joined the Joyce Development Group team. Sean is responsible for asset management for the company’s projects. Prior to joining Joyce Development Group, Mr. Joyce successfully held sales and management positions in the wholesale mortgage industry for The Lending Group, Countrywide, and Washington Mutual. Mr. Joyce received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida.
