John M. Joyce, Principal - Joyce Development Group, Inc.
Recognized industry veteran John M. Joyce, CSM, formed Joyce Development Group, Inc. in 2004. The firm primarily focuses on the development, leasing and management of retail properties ranging in size from small village center programs to neighborhood food store centers and multi-anchored power center projects.
Mr. Joyce has successfully held executive management positions with Aronov Realty Management, Faison and Collier Enterprises, is a past ICSC Florida State Director, and continues to actively serve on industry editorial boards and program committees.
Sean Joyce joined Joyce Development Group in 2007, and is responsible for asset management and marketing of the company's projects. Prior to joining Joyce Development Group, Mr. Joyce successfully held sales and management positions in the wholesale mortgage industry for The Lending Group, Countrywide, and Washington Mutual.
